I look up to the people who keep on dancing even after the music has stopped, because those are the people who will keep on trying even after all hope is lost.
I Need To Wake Up
Have I been sleeping
Iâ€ve been so still, afraid of crumbling
Have I been careless
Dismissing all the distant rumblings
Take me where I am supposed to be
To comprehend the things that I canâ€t see
â€Cause I need to move, I need to wake up
I need to change, I need to shake up
I need to speak out, somethingâ€s got to break up
Iâ€ve been asleep and I need to wake up now
And as a child I danced like it was 1999
And my dreams were wild
The promise of this new world would be mine
Now I am throwing off the carelessness of youth
To listen to an inconvenient truth
That I need to move, I need to wake up
I need to change, I need to shake up
I need to speak out, somethingâ€s got to break up
Iâ€ve been asleep and I need to wake up now
I am not an island
I am not alone
I am my intentions
Trapped here in this flesh and bone
And I need to move, I need to wake up
I need to change, I need to shake up
I need to speak out, somethingâ€s got to break up
Iâ€ve been asleep and I need to wake up now
I want to change, I need to shake up
I need to speak out, oh, somethingâ€s got to break up
Iâ€ve been asleep and I need to wake up now

Life
Life is sad
Life is beautiful.
Pretty but selfish
To the point of cruelty.
Life is a smile.
A small grifter smile
Which leaves only a sigh
In place of the heart.
Life is hard core.
She passes without taking care
Of moments of happiness
Or the inflamed feelings.
Life continues her way.
Your heart in her hand.
But you know you will win
When she will look at you.
Then Life will be beautiful
Life is beautiful.

Beauty
I HAVE seen dawn and sunset on moors and windy hills
Coming in solemn beauty like slow old tunes of Spain:
I have seen the lady April bringing the daffodils,
Bringing the springing grass and the soft warm April rain.
I have heard the song of the blossoms and the old chant of the sea,
And seen strange lands from under the arched white sails of ships;
But the loveliest thing of beauty God ever has shown to me,
Are her voice, and her hair, and eyes, and the dear red curve of her lips.

So, I keep walking those
Cicles of the destiny
No hurry, slowly....
It matter most the path
Than the destiny to be reached
As the wisdom of the walker dreamer
Is not based on a hurry to reach the end
It is based in the wish to trek in the
Bad or good times ahead
The paths of hope,
Even if is a lonely path,
And to enjoy the beauty of the way

I'm Not Leaving
Come dream with me my love,
Feel what it's like to be young and alive once again.
I know there are dragons and fire and chains,
and the tower you're in has become home and you feel safe in there.
But it's still a prison that holds you,
and I know how you cry through the lonely nights,
and I know all your princes deserted you,
and I know that hope has laid you bare.
How I long to fight for you.
I know I'm only a poor boy,
and I have all my own demons still to face.
But I want to build you a castle of comfort,
a free place where you can wake up to my smile.
I hate the scars they've left on your heart,
and the way they've crushed your wings.
I know your strength is weak my love,
I just need you to say yes and to take my hand.

How do you expect kids to listen to their parents as, Tarzan lives half naked, Cinderella comes back home at midnight, Pinocchio lies all the time, Aladdin is the king of thieves, Batman drives at 320KM/h, Sleeping beauty is lazy and Snow white lives with 7 guys. We shouldn't be surprised if kids misbehave at times! They get this from their own storybooks.

So often I wonder what your eyes are seeing,
what your heart is feeling.
Do your eyes see before you a beautiful creation,
so dream-like, yet so real?
Do you see before you a face so fragile
that your hand trembles as you reach to caress it?
Does your heart soar with the eagles in a sky
dazzling with the beauty of a thousand rainbows?
Does your spirit dance with the angels
during a tender kiss?
Does your soul rest in the knowledge of Love's infinity?
Does your mind wonder at the greatness, the mercy,
the grace of that love?
what your heart is feeling.
